Emma’s Exceptional Equipment Exchange is excited to offer our first ever Holiday party for our EEEE community!

The party is taking place on Dec 14th, between 1:30-3:30pm.

We have an amazing Sensory friendly St. Nick available for visits with your family as well as a snack and craft area. For families that sign up for a switch adapted gift, there will be a Switch shop where you can pick the switch adapted item for your loved one (and a bag to hide the gift so it’s a surprise for later.) This event will be low key and won’t require that people hang around for too long. Expect about 30 minutes.

Important instructions for signing up for a St. Nick experience:
1) Pick ONLY ONE time slot from the available times below, from slot 1 or slot 2, NOT both.
There are two 5-minute time slots for every 10 minutes. Only pick one time slot (the program won’t allow 5 min slots so we improvised).
2) After picking a time slot, fill in your name and a good email where you can be notified if there are any changes.
3) Then click “Book This Appointment” at the bottom of the box.
4) You can choose to add it to your calendar. It does not send any email confirmations.

If all time slots fill up, please email us and we may be able to add additional slots at the end.
