EEEE Super Finger Wings Request Form

As a fundraiser, Emma’s Exceptional Equipment Exchange is offering up to 2 per size of our 3D Printed EEEE Super Finger Wings with a donation of at least $1 per size (our cost to print 2 of them). These are helpful for people with dexterity challenges, such as arthritis. They also make it easier to push think liquids such as some formulas.

These currently only work for ENFIT 60CC, 20CC, and 10CC syringes, and 10CC slip tip syringes. We are working on additional sizes, so if you have a need for a different size, let us know so we can prioritize it.

These can be picked up from our Headquarters in Federal Way, WA. If you are not able to get to us, we can ship them for an additional $4.50 to cover postage and packaging. Currently we are only able to ship to US addresses. If you are outside the US, please contact us. If shipping is requested, we currently process those requests about once a month, so please allow some time to fill those requests.
